The mission of the Center for Government is to provide high quality, value-added services and programs that enhance individuals' skills and organizational functioning within government.  Through these programs and services, we strengthen employee and organizational capabilities, develop effective leaders, and provide tools and strategies that promote innovation and organizational success.

The Center for Government has a major leadership role in the continual development of public organizations.   The Center actively and aggressively searches out new and innovative methods that will help government agencies attain new levels of efficiency and responsiveness.   The Center is committed to the development of capable leaders who are resourceful, flexible, ethical, and performance driven.
